Our Story: A Vision to Impact the World
The Bethesda Apostolic Center Mark 16:15, Inc. is a faith-based foundation dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission. Our story is one of unwavering vision, inspired by a belief that God is calling us to build a global ministry that reflects the worship described in Revelation 7:9, with people of all nations, and tongues united in Christ.

The Origin and Vision
Our journey began with a powerful vision that was first entrusted to Bishop Daniel Phaeton while he was still pastoring the church of Covenant of Praise. In the year 2013, the Lord empowered him to do the work of an evangelist, but at his own cost. He was instructed to take no financial recompense for his labor, and was often commanded to bring a personal offering with him. This allowed him to minister to many churches in Pennsylvania and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ in other parts of the world, including the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, El Salvador, and Venezuela.
A Journey of Faith
Our path has been marked by both triumphs and challenges. While our initial projects in the Dominican Republic faced obstacles, we learned invaluable lessons that strengthened our resolve and led us to establish the foundation. We are grateful for every person who partnered with us and remain committed to resuming that work as God leads. This journey of faith prepared us for the new doors God has opened.
Where We
Are Today
We are already fulfilling our mission in El Salvador. To secure our long-term presence, we have applied for legal registration and are awaiting the final papers. In the meantime, we are actively supporting a local school and partnering with two dedicated pastors who are discipling children and adults.
In Colombia, we are conducting weekly Bible studies via Zoom, with people ready for baptism. We are also actively praying for the Lord to open a clear path for ministry in Mexico.

Our Values & Beliefs
Our work at the Bethesda Foundation is guided by a single, foundational truth given to us by Jesus Christ in Matthew 25:40: "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." This powerful command is the heart of our mission, and it calls us to action every day. It is from this scripture that we derive the core values that guide our ministry:
Faith
We are moved to action by our faith, believing that in serving others, we are serving Christ himself.
Integrity
We uphold the highest standards of integrity in all our work, knowing that everything we do is a direct reflection of our love for the Lord.
Compassion
Our compassion is a direct response to the call to care for the "least of these," driven by the love that God first showed us.
Service
We believe that service is not an obligation, but a privilege—a tangible way to show our gratitude and devotion to Christ.
Excellence
We are committed to excellence in all our programs and ministry, knowing that Christ deserves our very best.
Love
Love is our ultimate motive,
as we strive to fulfill the
command to love our
neighbor as ourselves.

Our Mission for the Future
We are driven by a legacy-focused vision to continue this work long after our founders have retired. Every program, from our Missions to our future Christian Academy, is a strategic step toward building a lasting institution. We invite you to be a part of this story—to partner with us as we carry the Gospel to the nations, one life, one community at a time.
