Our Approach to Outreach
1. Trained Teams, Ready to Serve: As we launch, our outreach is carried out by dedicated teams of trained evangelists. We are actively equipping them to share the Gospel with clarity, compassion, and confidence, ensuring they are prepared to engage with people from all walks of life in a respectful and loving way.

2. A Consistent Presence: Our goal is to establish a consistent presence in the community. You can soon find our teams on a weekly basis, especially on Fridays and at special events, in local communities, parks, and public spaces. This regularity will allow us to build relationships and become a familiar source of hope and encouragement.

3. Sharing the Gospel with Power: We share the Gospel through personal testimonies, which demonstrate the reality of a transformed life. We also offer Bible studies and prayer, creating opportunities for people to ask questions and take the first steps in their faith journey.
How We Know We're Making a Difference
As a new foundation, we will measure our success through clear indicators of growth and spiritual impact:
-
Lives Changed: We will measure our success by the number of people who accept Christ and begin their walk of faith through our outreach efforts.
-
Growing Relationships: We will track the ongoing connections with community members, seeing relationships grow from an initial conversation to deep discipleship.
-
A Spirit of Service: We will look for our evangelism teams to grow in their spiritual gifts and a passion for reaching the lost, building a culture of outreach within the church.
Discipleship Training: Nurturing Spiritual Growth
At Bethesda Apostolic Center, we are committed to building a strong foundation of faith for every believer. Our Discipleship Training Program is a strategic journey designed to nurture spiritual growth, deepen understanding of the Word, and empower individuals to live out their purpose in Christ.
Our Discipleship Journey
1. A Structured Path to Growth: We believe that discipleship should be intentional. Our program is structured in three levels to guide believers at every stage of their journey: from the first steps of faith to becoming a seasoned apostolic leader. We use teaching materials developed for each community and meet in small groups, weekly sessions, and one-on-one mentoring.
2. Raising and Empowering Apostolic Leaders: Effective discipleship requires dedicated apostolic leaders. We identify and train believers to become mentors, equipping them with the practical skills and spiritual principles needed to guide others. Our workshops and support networks ensure that our leaders are well-prepared and continually growing in their own walk.
3. Bringing Discipleship to the Community: Discipleship happens best in the community. We establish discipleship groups in key locations— homes, and schools—to make spiritual formation accessible. Through interactive Bible studies and dynamic learning, we create spaces for deep connection and personal growth.
4. Using Technology to Expand Our Reach: To ensure discipleship is available to everyone, we will use technology to bridge gaps. We will provide online platforms with video teachings, guides, and devotionals. We will host virtual discipleship groups for people with limited access to churches. We are currently holding weekly Bible studies via Zoom with eight people in Colombia, with two preparing for baptism.
How We Will Know Our Discipleship Is Working
-
Committed Disciples: We’ll see a growing number of believers who are not only committed to their faith but also actively leading and discipling others.
-
Expanding Impact: Our programs are expanding into new communities, bringing hope and spiritual guidance where it is needed most.
-
Transformative Growth: We will witness spiritual maturity in participants, reflected in their service, their witness, and their daily lives.
Apostolic Leadership Development:
Raising Global Leaders
Our mission is to form apostolic leaders with strong apostolic principles who will impact the world for generations to come. The Apostolic Leadership Development Program is our long-term vision to identify, train, and empower the next generation of laborers and pioneers who will carry the Gospel to the nations, planting churches and building God's Kingdom.
Our Path to Apostolic Leadership
1. Identifying the Called: Apostolic leaders are pioneers with a passion for building beyond the church's walls. We prayerfully identify individuals who demonstrate a calling to go, build, and transform communities. We look for emerging apostolic leaders with a heart for the lost and a vision for Kingdom expansion.

2. Intensive Training and Mentorship: Our program is more than a class—it’s a hands-on journey. We provide in-depth training in apostolic ministry, leadership principles, and church planting. Through intensive sessions, case studies, and one-on-one mentorship, we will equip leaders with the wisdom and practical skills needed to lead with integrity and authority.

3. Building a Network of Support: We believe apostolic leaders are not meant to lead alone. We are building a network of support and accountability for our future apostolic leaders, connecting them with mentors and peers. This community will ensure they have the encouragement, wisdom, and resources needed to sustain their ministry.
